To have been one of the few women on the national stage in the 1990's covering sports at CNN, and then to seamlessly transition back to hard news as a CNN anchor? Just incredible -- what an experience those years must have been. Traveling the world, and then to be on the air liv eon CNN the morning of Sept. 11th? I remember it well. Not too many people have had that kind of life with those experiences. I can't wait to learn more about her career reinvention and her brand of inspiring news stories. I really admire Daryn Kagan.
